You’ve been inspired to travel and are ready to turn your Pinterest board into reality. The first step is filling out a consultation request form. This can be found on the contact page of our website and is linked in our social bios. This will give us a general idea of logistics and the type of trip you’re interested in.

This is a quick (up to 30 minutes) conversation via phone or video which allows us to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about the services I provide. By the end of the call, we should have a good idea of if we’re a good fit and (hopefully) you’ll be ready to engage me to research options for your trip.

Once our service agreement is signed, I’ll begin researching for your dates and will present you with a proposal of 3 options. I don’t charge a planning fee for honeymoon or vacation packages so no payment is required to access these proposals. Once you’ve decided which proposal you’d like to move forward with and we’ve made any necessary changes, I’ll book you for any/all components desired. We’ll go over deposits/payment due dates based on the proposal selected. Once deposit is paid, I’ll be available to make any adjustments you may need and will keep you updated on any changes affecting your trip (i.e. flight schedule changes, resort construction, etc.). About 2-3 months from travel, I’ll check in to discuss adding activities and reservations to further customize your trip.

Final payment date will depend on the specifics of your trip, but typically falls 30-45 days prior to travel. I will provide you with your electronic travel documents, including my contact information for in-travel support, about 2 weeks prior to your departure. I’ll continue to update you on any last minute vendor changes during this time. Finally, time to travel! You’ll return home with new memories made and we’ll start the process all over again for your next dream getaway.
